We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for the following roles. Most positions are volunteer-based, some may be structured as either volunteer or contract depending on candidate experience and CODI’s needs. Volunteers must be 18 or older.
The Director of Programs leads CODI’s research, education, and advocacy initiatives, ensuring they are mission-aligned, impactful, and responsive to the needs of cultural and linguistic communities worldwide. This role oversees program design, implementation, and evaluation, and cultivates partnerships that strengthen CODI’s work. In this role, the Director of Programs will work closely with CODI Executive Director, CODI’s PR firm, and CODI Program Managers to ensure that CODI’s programs advance digital inclusion and deliver measurable outcomes.

The Director of Operations ensures CODI runs efficiently and effectively by overseeing internal systems, compliance, and day-to-day administration. This role oversees identification and implementation of tools and technology, and develops and implements policies and processes to support CODI's activities. The Director of Operations works closely with CODI Executive Director to ensure CODI operates efficiently, transparently, and in alignment with nonprofit best practices.

The Director of Philanthropy drives CODI’s fundraising strategy and builds relationships with foundations, corporations, and individual donors. This role leads grant development, sponsorship opportunities, and donor engagement efforts to secure the resources needed for CODI’s long-term sustainability and impact.

The Director of Finance manages CODI’s financial health and ensures transparency, accountability, and compliance with nonprofit accounting standards. This role oversees budgeting, financial reporting, audits, and fiscal policies, providing strategic financial guidance to CODI’s leadership and Board.

The Legal Counsel advises CODI on governance, compliance, contracts, and intellectual property matters. This role ensures CODI’s activities and partnerships meet legal and ethical standards and protect the organization’s mission and integrity.
